Ellen DeGeneres announced recently that she left the United States after Trump’s election victory, Fox News reported. The home she and her wife now own in England has since flooded after a storm broke the River Thames’ banks nearby, The Independent reported.
A post shared on Facebook alleges that Momoa has announced that he is leaving the United States. The post shared an image of the actor alongside one of the maps of the United States.
The caption reads, “‘I Can’t Stay Here’: Jason Momoa Quits Minecraft Live-Action Project Following Red Wave Controversy.”
The claim is inaccurate. The claim appears to stem from an article that contains no verifiable sources for this claim.
There is no such announcement found on any of Momoa’s social media accounts. He recently posted a trailer for his upcoming movie.
